The ADVANCED Access course is for those who have completed both Parts A & B of the Intermediate Access courses. This course includes the use of Keywords as one way to relate tables and then how to use a query to join the related information, how to design Macros to automate your database and how to use a Module to store an Age function to get a persons age from a date of birth.
This course covers:
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of how relational tables work in Access.
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of how Macros can be used to automate tasks.
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of the Module section and how to use and re-use a function in another database.
- There will be an opportunity at the end of the course to ask questions relating to your own database and to raise any particular problems you may have.
It is essential that participants have also attended Intermediate Access Part A – Tables and Forms and Intermediate Access Part B – Queries and Reports.
